The Association of South-Western Municipality is going to award with 400 composters for home use only for the citizens at the following municipalities: Bansko, Belitsa, Goce Delchev, Garmen, Kresna, Petrich, Razlog, Sandanski, Satovcha, Simitli, Strumiyani, Hadzhidimovo, Boboshevo, Kocherinovo, Rila, Treklyano.
If you are willing to get free compost, you only need to meet one condition - to have a permanent address in one of the listed municipalities.
In order to claim a composer you need to contact a representative of the Association of Southwest Municipalities, by 13.10.2017, at some of the following telephones or e-mails:

Each municipality will receive equal numbers of composters. If there are not enough volunteers from a certain municipality the available numbers will be given to the municipality with needs.
There are limited numbers of composters and the principle “First in time is first in right” will be valid.
It is necessary for everybody who will receive a composter to sign an acknowledgment receipt for delivery, which describes the address where the composer will be in use and declares that the composter will be in use for a period of 5 years.
The public call for awarding composters is project activity from the project “Think Composting – dedication to the organic full circle”, co-funded by EU through INTERREG IPA CBC Programme Bulgaria-Macedonia.
