Think Composting - dedication to the organic full circle

The collection of biodegradable waste in the composters in the South-East planning region continues

In 2017, the Center for Development of the South-East Planning Region allocated 400 composters to the inhabitants of the 10 municipalities in the South-East region of the Republic of North Macedonia, including the municipalities of Bogdanci, Bosilovo, Valandovo, Vasilevo, Gevgelija, Dojran, Konce, Novo Selo, Radovis and Strumica.

In communicating with people who have received composters, it can be concluded that these biodegradable waste bins are still used and produced quality compost that is used to fertilize the soil in the fields and yards in order to obtain quality soils and healthy plant products.

We hope that this project will serve as a positive example and everyone will work towards a healthy environment, reducing waste through its selection and decomposition, natural soil fertilization for the purpose of quality and healthy agricultural production.
